All appointments must be scheduled with a deposit. The amount of the deposits will be determined by taking 50% of the desired treatment.
Once the deposit has been made and verified through a screenshot, the appointment will be scheduled.
For instance, if you require a one-hour facial session, the cost is £65 per hour, and a £35 deposit is required.
The remaining amount you will pay after treatment.
ARRIVING LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Appointments that begin late owing to client tardiness will conclude at the appointed hour, meaning that you will receive a reduced service. This is done to guarantee that all clients receive timely treatment.
If a client is late for an appointment, there won't be any discounts offered. You will be charged for the entire appointment time if you are more than ten or fifteen minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATIONS:
I understand that things come up! To ensure the best service for all of my clients, I respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice to be given for any treatment appointment cancellation.
When you make an appointment and don't show up, I reserve the right to keep the deposit you paid and not refund it if you don't contact me before your appointment 48 hours to inform me of it.
